TERMS & CONDITIONS

ORDER PROCESSING

Standard order processing is 14 business days, plus shipping time, beginning upon receipt of approved artwork, terms acknowledgment, and an official purchase order. Production times may vary during peak seasons; your rep will confirm estimated delivery upon PO receipt.

MINIMUMS

All garments are printed to order. The minimum is 48 pieces per design, including stock artwork without name drops.

CUSTOM LOGOS & ARTWORK

-Vector files are required.

-If artwork must be rebuilt or recreated, design fees apply at $50/hour (1-hour minimum).

-Catalog artwork with a name drop or word change is included at no charge.

SPECIALTY TREATMENTS

(per location)

-Water Base Ink: +$0.25

-Glow: +$1.00

-Puff: +$0.50

-Glitter: +$0.75

-Gold or Silver Metallic: +$0.50

FINISHING SERVICES

-Fold: +$0.25/unit

-IYFA Tag with Price: +$0.20/tag

-Generic UPC/Price Tag: +$0.20/tag

INK & SAFETY STANDARDS

We use inks that are 100% lead- and naphthalene-free to ensure the highest safety and compliance. All garments meet CPSIA standards, and test results are available upon request.

SHIPPING

Orders ship FOB Carrollton, TX via FedEx, unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges will be added to the invoice. All special shipping instructions must be clearly noted on the PO.

BACKORDERS & FILL RATES

- Orders are subject to a 5% over/under variance. 

-Backorders over 90 days will be cancelled unless otherwise requested.

-To opt out of backorders, clearly state "NO BACKORDERS" on your PO.

CLAIMS & RETURNS

-Shortages/damages must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. 

-All returns require prior authorization.

-Verified defects will be repaired or credited.

-Only items that do not match the approved PO are eligible for return.

PAYMENT TERMS

Pre-payment is required unless alternate terms have been approved in advance. All agreed-upon terms must be clearly outlined on the purchase order.
